About this grant

This program supports eligible applicants to facilitate collaborative planning and implementation of evidence-based cancer surveillance, prevention, and control strategies in communities. It aims to improve clinical preventive services and cancer survivorship through three national programs: the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, the National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, and the National Program of Cancer Registries.
