About this grant

This opportunity provides funding to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to support the Victim Reunification Travel (VRT) Program. The program assists parents of children who have been kidnapped by a noncustodial parent and taken across international borders with traveling to participate in Hague Convention hearings and/or accompanying their children back to the United States. NCMEC will work from guidelines and procedures established by the Office for Victims of Crime to request release of funds to support services to victims of international parental kidnapping or federal crime victims.
