Who can apply

• Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
• Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
• Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
• City or township governments
• Public and state-controlled institutions of higher education
• County governments
• Special district governments
• State governments
• Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Each lead applicant must submit a separate application with an eligible partner.
• The eligible partnership must include one lead law enforcement agency and one lead victim service organization.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking.
